Babicz is an American musical instrument hardware company based in Poughkeepsie, New York, founded in 2003 by Jeff Babicz and Jeff Carano. Both founders previously worked at Steinberger Sound Corporation in the 1980s and 90s, where Jeff Babicz eventually served as Quality Control Manager and Plant Manager. The company began producing Babicz-branded acoustic guitars — including Spider and Dreadnought models built around an adjustable neck and string tension system — before expanding into aftermarket electric guitar and bass hardware.

The brand is best known for its Full Contact Hardware (FCH) line of replacement bridges for electric guitars and basses, built around a patented encapsulated cam (eCAM) saddle design intended to increase sustain and tuning stability by maximizing body contact. The FCH catalog covers Telecaster, Stratocaster, hardtail and Tune-o-Matic style guitar bridges, along with 4- and 5-string bass bridges, 3-point Gibson-style bass bridges, and Rickenbacker-style replacements. The company also produces locking tailpieces, tuner rails, and individual saddles and parts sold as upgrades.

Babicz hardware has been used as OEM equipment by guitar builders including ESP, Dean, and Gibson USA on select models, and the FCH bridges have a following among players looking to swap stock hardware on existing instruments.

Babicz has 7 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Steel-string Acoustic Guitars, Acoustic-Electric Guitars, and Guitar Bridges and Tailpieces. Their gear is featured by 13 artists, with the strongest followings in Rock, Pop, and Electronic. Notable users include Steven Wilson, Mick Jones, and K. K. Downing.
