Elta Music is a small experimental electronic musical instrument manufacturer based in Riga, Latvia. Founded in 2017 by musician Arseniy Tokarev — the name ELTA originally stood for Electro Laboratory of Tokarev Arseniy — the company designs and assembles its synthesizers, effects, and video devices locally with a small core team supported by independent developers and musicians.

Much of the company's catalog draws on the heritage of the Soviet-era Polivoks synthesizer, reinterpreting its distinctive aggressive filter in modern form.
