Embark on an auditory adventure with the Elta Music Solar 42N, a synthesizer that takes ambient soundscapes to new heights. This innovative instrument refines Elta's Ambient Machine concept, blending 8-voice analog synthesis with enhanced melodic capabilities. The Solar 42N is engineered for creative expression, offering a seamless experience for both seasoned sound designers and curious explorers.

Building on the legacy of its predecessors, the Solar 42N introduces a streamlined 8-voice architecture. Among its voices, two are equipped with 1V/Oct pitch inputs, paving the way for melodic sequences and external control. This versatility is complemented by a touch interface featuring 12 touch points, a joystick, and switch keys for dynamic sound manipulation.

The Solar 42N's design fosters intuitive interaction, boasting color-coded knobs and a simplified effects cartridge mechanism. With its stereo distortion circuit and sub-oscillators, this synthesizer offers an expansive tonal palette. The inclusion of a 12dB analog filter, inspired by the iconic Polivoks synthesizers, adds a vintage touch to its modern capabilities.

Whether you're crafting ethereal drones or intricate melodies, the Solar 42N's unique combination of features makes it a standout choice for ambient music enthusiasts. Its innovative control options and modular effects ensure that each session is a fresh journey into unexplored sonic territory.
