Iris Guitar Company is an acoustic guitar maker based in Burlington, Vermont, founded in 2018 as a production-line offshoot of Circle Strings and Fairbanks Guitars. The brand was started by luthier Adam Buchwald, with Dale Fairbanks, to translate the small-batch, custom-build sensibility of those shops into a more attainable American-made instrument inspired by depression-era flattops and mid-century designs.
