Leo Quan is an American musical instrument hardware brand best known for the Badass line of high-mass bass bridges. The brand was founded in 1972 when Glen Quan of Bananas At Large in Marin County, California, teamed up with Leo Malliaris of Leo's Music in Oakland to design a heavier, more precisely milled replacement for the stamped bridges shipped on most production basses of the era. The added mass was intended to transfer more string energy and improve note definition, sustain, and punch.

The original Badass bass bridge became a popular aftermarket upgrade for Fender Precision and Jazz basses, and through the 1980s appeared as stock equipment on instruments from builders including B.C. Rich, Spector, and Kramer. The line has since expanded to include the Badass II, Badass III, and five-string Badass V bass bridges, Badass Bass Keys tuning machines, and guitar hardware such as the Badass Wraparound, Fine Tuner Tailpiece, and T1 and HT1 bridges for Telecaster and hardtail Stratocaster applications.

The Leo Quan Badass brand is owned and distributed by Allparts Music, which relaunched the full bridge line with updated tolerances and finishes. Products are manufactured from high-density zinc alloy and sold through dealers and parts suppliers worldwide.
