Magnetic Effects is a London-based boutique guitar pedal company founded by Christian Livingstone, a New Zealander and member of the internationally touring rock band The Datsuns. Livingstone began building pedals around 2011, formally launching the brand in 2012. The company is known for producing handwired effects using high-grade components, including NOS germanium and silicon transistors, at price points well below typical boutique competitors.

The lineup centers heavily on fuzz and drive circuits, reflecting Livingstone's background in garage rock and proto-punk. The White Atom Fuzz is the brand's flagship, blending germanium and silicon stages for a versatile range of fuzz tones. Other notable pedals include the Solar Bender Fuzz, the Midphoria fixed-wah filter, the Sändare dynamic overdrive, the Electrochop optical tremolo, the Zig Zag dual-stage overdrive, the Zola clean boost, and the Lonely Robot fuzzstortion. The Eye to Eye analogue phaser was developed as a collaboration with The Datsuns. A hallmark of the designs is the inclusion of extra tone-sculpting controls — such as EQ toggles, blend knobs, and range switches — intended to help players shape their sound within a full band mix.

Magnetic Effects has 13 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Fuzz Effects Pedals, Multi Effects Pedals, and Overdrive Effects Pedals.
