Sizzorfite Studio is a small, independent builder of hand-wired guitar effects pedals based in Huntington Beach, California. The shop is the work of Steve Shepard, an electronics technician with decades of experience repairing and modifying gear before focusing on pedal building. Output skews toward one-off and limited-run units — a mix of faithful clones of classic circuits, tweaked takes on familiar designs, and original creations, with most prototypes hand-signed by the builder.

The catalog leans heavily on fuzz and distortion. Clones include the Pete Cornish P-1 Fuzz and TB-83 treble booster, the Roger Mayer Voodoo-1, the Rosac NU Fuzz, the Marshall JH-1 Jackhammer, and the Maxon-spec Ibanez SD-9.
