Perfect for apartments.
I live on the upper floor, and this thing is virtually silent unless you're my roommate doing blast beats.

Great all around.
I needed a guitar for clean tones, and my Gibson's weren't cutting it. I picked up one of these and loved it. Versatile, and with an incredibly comfy neck.

A great lightweight but large profile guitar.
I have a modified Gibson SG I bought secondhand. There are custom crescent moon inlays on the fretboard, and the insides had been ripped out and cut to fit a third pickup, which was an AMG. I then sanded down the cherry red and dyed it a dark brown. I couldn't refit the AMG and it was missing the bridge pickup already so now it's just one single coil. Great for slide.

My all time favorite axe.
2007 Gibson Explorer in Cream color. Solid body, which really gives it that meaty tone perfect for distortion. All the ones I find new in guitar stores are hollow body now, and it just doesn't sound the same. The only drawbacks are the weight of the guitar, and (very minor) it's hard to use sitting down. Otherwise, I love the neck on these guitars and they just play so we'll. I have pretty big hands and this guitar accommodates that well.
