The main attraction of this guitar for me is its 24 frets. Though it takes awhile to get used to the different fretboard proportions it makes accessing the high notes very easy, which on a SG is a breeze to begin with. The 57 humbuckers are responsive and clear, the retro tuners and limited addition headstock decal are eye catching and unique. The craftsmanship on the fretboard/inlays/trim is amazing, fast neck play/movement. My number one guitar that I don't see myself ever parting with.
The guitar's fretboard is incredible, fast and smooth. The Texas Special pickups are fantastic, between the pick-ups and the tone knobs you can get a vast array of tones. Love the the colour scheme (sonic blue + mint pg).

Classic orange tones in a compact amp. Dirty channel gain is great, built in reverb is a nice touch and saves me having to buy a pedal. Louder than I expected (not a bad thing) so I keep the volume low which alters the tone for the worse in my opinion. Would recommend for practice or small bar type gigs.

Works well but you really need to apply a lot of pressure to turn on/off. I am 250 lbs and find myself having to put a lot of weight on it which can be distracting.I bought mine new and their was sticky clear glue substance near the mechanism, you'd think quality control would clean that up, don't know if this is common? Tones are great and simple to use, not amazingly versatile but does what it is supposed to do very well.
Lots of tones that you can dial in. Very defined sound compared to other fuzz pedals i've heard of tried.
