a match made in heaven
this pedal is the perfect OD, at least for my style. I love my Joyo for a light bluesy beachy tone, but when i need a hard OD, especially in a live setting, this is my go to

Fun, Simple, Powerful
I love this guy. This has been my main synth game for a couple years now thanks to my beautiful fiancee audrey owning one. It's simple stuff but very powerful and I never get tired of it.

Gets the job done
My upgrade from using tiny 1x12 combos on my small DIY tour. Using this for local gigs now with a good head. Lol. Had to pound some wood into it to fit the head on top, but hey it works. I'll upgrade later

Y ES!
Light compression, slight overdrive, tons of high end w/o overpowering the bass. Wowzer i love this head. apparently a rip off of the Randall RG100es that was sold in the 80s... who gives a shit if it sounds good right?

Rad
got an 80s one. does what it says on the tin. a nice li'l phase. don't use if distortion is too heavy tho

dont use it anymore
it was nice on tour, but i've upgraded to the micro metal muff!! gave this one to my bassist and the bass tones are killer

i love this fucker
put a humbucker in the bridge and hope to someday put a pearly gates in the neck. replaced the pickguard with tortiseshell, and the tuners with non-vintage style. love this fucker its been on tour, played some 30+ shows and can't be beat as far as i'm concerned

Almost perfect guitar.
Feels weightless. Mine is double cutaway, single gold foil pickup, and i LoVE the tone. It's great for precision playing and riffs, as well as clean chords. Gets a bit muddy with full chords on high gain drive settings, but I dont use it for that. I love this guitar.

Great inexpensive drive
this drive is my main squeeze these days!!! it took a lot of fiddling to get the tones i like but boy howdy i like 'em

OK!
Kinda iffy for pitch shifting, the harmonizing is good, but i mostly use it as a simple chorus.

wow
i've been exploring minimalism and traded in my unlimited VSTS for one microkorg full of shit. i've used it live and recording and it's perf

ESSENTIAL
I have a 1993 top loaded black tele with white pickguard that i got in a trade when i decided my HSH strat was just too overwhelming & heavy. i kinda got fucked over on the trade but in the long run this guitar is so important to me. i replaced the shitty old pickups with brand new pickups from a squier classic vibe tele, and managed to fuck up the wiring so terribly that it gave both pickups a completely different tone from what they were supposed to sound like, and made the middle position half as loud as the individual pickup settings.
however, my wiring fuck up created what i now consider an essential aspect of my tone and i can't imagine sounding any way else. also the laziness of fender back in the first few years of the mexican factory paid off in my benefit, because the top loading plays into part of the incredibly unique tone of Maud, my fucked up tele.

perfect
i bought this combo pack on a whim when it was like half off on hellomusic. i dont use the 551, but the 550 is an essential mic when it comes to how my recordings sound. its brightness is like perfectly contoured for my voice for some reason & i LOVE how it captures guitar tones, even from shit amps

essential
my playing style is very disjointed & it takes me a sec or two when changing chords because i'm heavy handed & rough, so i use subtle delay to mask any chord change breaks & it helps fill out the sound when i'm just strummin

yaaaaas
This is the brain of my tone right now. I just love using the blues tones in playing styles other than they were intended. Rarely crank it above 30% for a nice, bright crunch.
