I like almost everything about this bass. Have a few issues with the volume knobs not working or being noisy. Other than that I can't fault it. It's a steal for what it cost.
This is a well built bass for the money. The fret work is much better than my Squire Affinity PJ, but I feel that the Squire's finish is a little better to slide around on. This Peavy however sounds better than the Squire side by side. The Peavy has more definition and makes the Squire sound muddy in comparison. Not that I think it matters but the Peavy also weighs less by a very noticable amount. I'm also a big fan of the heads talk.

So many options, so many sounds. Eight more characters............................lol

Hard to beat this amp for the little bit of money you have to spend when you find a good on. Practicing with the volume at 2. This thing is LOUD, probably play a decent sized venue with it. I have gotten many different tones from it and love the snap the bright button provides.
You can't really turn it up, the speaker starts to clip pretty quick. I'm also not super impressed with the sound, it's very muddy to me.

They sound alright to me, not quite what I wanted but not bad. My only complaint is that the winding is a little rough.
