An unbelieveably lightweight powerhouse!
Bought my Fender Rumble 500 combo only recently (September '21). It's hard to believe that such a lightweight combo can exude such a mighty output of sound! A must-have for bassists who want a combo with plenty of punch, but are fatigued by the burden of lugging a heavy bass cabinet from place to place. Also, I love its classic Fender look, and it's surprisingly affordable, considering what the this bass combo has to offer as far as the tone-shaping possiblititiesit offers.

Best bass I've ever owned & played; a versatile powerhouse of an instrument!
In 2008 my curiosity led me to trying out a G&L Tribute L-2000 bass. I was so blown away by its sound that I soon wound up: 1. placing an order for a USA-made G&L L-2000, and 2: selling my American Deluxe Fender Jazz bass. Don't get me wrong, Fender basses are great tried, tested, and true basses, but, to me, G&L basses exist on a higher tier altogether.
