Beautiful analog sounds and inspires playing
This is one of the most beautiful analog delays I’ve ever played. Even without the modulation it is worth the price of admission. But the four different styles of modulation add something special, and the ability to save and recall the four presets on the pedal is wonderful and not too much as too be overwhelming. Highly recommend to anyone who like analog delays.
Unbeatable flanger and chorus tones
I adore this analogue pedal. It has unbeatable flanger and chorus tones. My only very small gripe is that when you turn it on mid-song there’s a very slight delay as it gets going, which several people have noted. It’s not material and may not be a pervasive issue - and in fact it may depend on signal chain placement too - but thought it worth noting amid an otherwise frothy feeling about it.
Jan 2026 edit: Dan from TPS noted to me that the volume dropout that occurs when you switch it on should be absent or less pronounced when in true bypass mode. That is true but doesn’t eliminate the issue entirely.

Probably the best drive pedal I’ve ever played
Probably the best drive pedal I’ve ever played. Any guitar, any amp, through any pedalboard, it is an amazing thing.

The best drive pedal I own, Tweed or otherwise
This is the best drive pedal I own, Tweed or otherwise. It’s so flexible into the front of an amp or as part of an FRFR rig, or paired with a power amp o to your fav cabinet.
