mandatorygnome's Music Gear Setup
Always wanted a Bosendorfer ever since I started playing in the ‘70s, and finally had a chance to trade services back in my attorney days in the late ‘90s for this Model 225 92-key model which now sits in our family room and provides the ultimate de-stressor and hours of beautiful tones.
Roles:
Keyboardist

About this setup
This gear photo by mandatorygnome features 1 piece of gear, including Bösendorfer Grand Piano.
Aha! Given the artwork in your office space, and quality of your gear collection, I was going to guess lawyer or talent agent. You've done well for yourself, sir!
I hate to be rude, but I second Kenneth's question; what do you do for a living that you have all this equipment, some beautiful original art and a bosendorfer?
@pkennethk and @jimmarchi1, thank you. I practiced law for about 12 years and have spent the last 18 as an investor specializing in acquiring businesses using little or no money out of pocket and then growing and selling them. I enjoy that equally as much as music. I also invest in original art, cult wines from California and France, tech and do high-end real estate remodels and flips (like the one you see in those pics I posted). 😄🙏
@mandatorygnome that is so good to hear! In which state do you spend slightly more than half your time each year? My money is on Florida or Texas :)
@pkennethk, haha, well played sir. That would be Texas. 🤠
@mandatorygnome Texas is a treasure. Got a chance to drive the 10 east to west all the way through back in 2018. Such a magnificent chunk of land. Every American needs to have jerky from Buc EE's and Vietnamese Crawfish in Houston before they die.
