Compact and improved version of Boss classic DD-20

So I had Boss DD-20 -> Source Audio Nemesis -> DD-200 Main advantage of DD-200 over the Nemesis would be the quality of sounds. I think Boss still has the best digital delay tones. Its analogue and tape sounds good too. I like the digital display that shows a numeric value of the parameter that I'm adjusting.

Versatile boost & overdrive pedal

Inexpensive & well built pedal. Works well as a clean boost with tone shaping

Easy to use & works well on guitars

MXR Dyna Ross style compressor. There's light indicator for compression levels. Easy to dial in and works well with electric guitar. A pity it doesn't pair well with bass.

Great sounding multieffect pedal

Awesome multieffect pedal at a good price point. Rugged Aluminium construct, user friendly interface. The amp and cab simulators are excellent.

Excellent mini tuner for guitar and bass!

Not many pedal tuners are able to be responsive to the low B note on a 5 string bass. But this mini pedal is able to do the job, responsive as well. Big display. Value for money deal. Highly recommended.

Compact, Fuss Free!

Love the compact size of this looper. Simple to operate. Great stuff

Excellent transparent overdrive

A musical overdrive. Transparent. Gives you low gain to crunchy lead tones. Mid control is pre-drive and Treble control is post drive. Easy to dial in tones anywhere with this pedal. Highly recommended

Not ergonomic as it looks

Weighing 4kg, it's not a lightweight bass. The curves where the right arm rests is sharp & uncomfortable. Has a traditional 9.5mm neck radius...not exactly the most comfortable. Tonally, it's got a round and warm voice.

Transparent Bass Combo

A pretty transparent bass combo. Good for home practice. Compact, lightweight.

Excellent practice amp

Handy practice amp with long battery life. Great tones. Love the limited edition colours. I got a blue version. The passive extension cab works well too. Highly recommended to give this a try.

Awesome phaser pedal

love the size. Versatile & great tone. Highly recommended.

Versatile Pedal

Fuss free and easy to dial in. Works on both of my passive and active basses.

Compact Analogue Phaser with some flaws

Decently build phaser which reminds me of MXR phase 90. Found that this pedal sucks volume/tone from my instrument and caused a loss of clarity.

Versatile Overdrive

A very musical overdrive. In low gain, it has a John Mayer kinda texture. When the snarl toggle is switched on, it gives a nice Marshall plexi voice. Build like a tank. I've opened the chassis to examine its content. No Gimmicks, you get quality components and excellent workmanship. I like how the builders even incorporated sponge to hold your 9V batter in place. Unfortunately I was unable to access and view the tone pots as there are 3 screw on the front panel that requires an odd sized screw. A highly recommended pedal for your rig.

Nice transparent overdrive

A great first stage low gain overdrive that is musical. I've opened the chassis and it's made using quality components and tone pots. Only downside is the rather bulky size. Would prefer a smaller form factor like the MXR that takes up less pedal estate.

Significant Improvements as compared to version 1

I've owned both editions. Improvements has been made to reduce the weight of the capo. Profile is slimmer as compared to version 1. The mechanism has been updated where it is now possible to attach/release this capo with 1 hand (version 1 requires both hands).

The only downside is that I get intonation issues (sharp on E and B string) on both acoustic and electric guitar.

Affordable but do not last

I find these strings oxidising rather quickly after change. Surprising as my hands are usually dry. Offers a clear and balanced tone.

Responsive & Modern sounding precision pickups

Magnets on 4P-60Hot pickups are visibly larger as compared to the standard version. I agree with Aguilar's description that these provide hotter output. After switching to these, I found the tone control to be very responsive. Gives a nice spectrum of tone which sounds good at any setting. Highly recommended.

Lovely Fingerstyle Guitar

Lovely instrument that is highly responsive and sings. Pairs well with Elixir phosphor bronze strings 0.12-0.53. Only issue is the usage of this in a band context where it doesn't cut through the mix as well as a spruce top guitar.

Lovely Fingerstyle Guitar

I own the cutaway version of this paired with LR Baggs Anthem. Lovely instrument that is highly responsive and sings. Only issue is the usage of this in a band context where it doesn't cut through the mix as well as a spruce top guitar.
