Phenomenal Cab

There’s been several versions of this cab since it was introduced but all share the same core structure of a Thiele port and vertical/horizontal functionality. It’s designed to do both, until other 2x12s that are either/or or made vertical after purchase. Personally, I own the more recent CAZ version, which features a V30 and a Creamback M65 and was designed to pair with the recent CAZ 45 amp released in 2020. I ran it briefly in the horizontal mode before switching to vertical for space concerns and tonal preferences. It’s a touch brighter and more focused than the horizontal mode, but I’m sure that can be changed with some EQ or by placing it on top a 4x12 or something. I also use mine with an Orange Rockerverb MkIII 50 and use it for basically everything from shoegaze to goregrind to NWOBHM. The weight is also incredible for a 2x12, coming in just under 50 pounds. By comparison, an Orange 2x12 is like 70-ish pounds and a comparable Peavey Invective 2x12 is like 60-ish.

My only complaint is that it’s rated for 8 ohms and only has a single input jack, which does limit expansion somewhat, but in my current state of affairs that’s something I can live without. I’d prefer it to be 16 ohms and have a second jack, but that’s more of a function of the Rockerverb not running lower than 8 ohms than of the cab itself. Build quality is outstanding and it sounds delightful.

If you are less interested in the M65, there is an alternate version with a V30 and H30 combo. The link I provided is for the V30xM65 version. Either one will work for your genre of choice.

Best overdrive I own

It’s the best overdrive for leads, pushed cleans, and rhythm tones.

Perfect Amp

I’ll admit, I don’t play much clean stuff but this amp does the Fender cleans great. The reverb many complain to be very washy, I personally love a washy reverb. Many take issue with the gain channels, personally I find them great for shoegaze and black metal-ish stuff. My only issue would be the inability to switch off the reverb for the gain channel. Otherwise, it’s a great amp.

Literal perfection

This pedal is literally perfect. It cuts through any mix and is massive as frick.

Greatest smallest amp ever.

The MDT is the higher gain version of the Micro Terror. The MDT has an FX loop, which is very helpful for reverbs and delays. I thall many 0s on this on a near daily basis.

Djent

It djents. Hard. It shreds. Hard. It cleans up incredibly well thanks to the stock Seymour Duncan Nazgul/Sentient pickups. It absolutely tears. I named mine Bianca.

My Favorite OD

To be fair, it's currently my only OD. But it's absolutely amazing. Crispy overdrive tones and clean boosts are what this was made for and it does that exceptionally well. As a bonus, you can crank the tone knob to get the brightness, then engage the "Dark" button to mellow it out. Add a reverb to this and it makes for a great lead tone.

Delay delay delay

This was one of three pedals I got for Christmas. This is one of my favorite pedals, providing amazing tones that are full, warm, and incredible. It's very easy to use, but one turn of a knob can completely change the sound. So versatile.
