Great pedal!
This thing is like 50 FX pedals in one! It has a on of pre-made 'pedals' built in and you add them to a virtual pedalboard in an FX chain on this unit. You can even mute individual pedals on your patch or setup a master bypass. It's so customizable and you can easily get a nice shimmer reverb or tape delay. I don't use too much outboard FX gear but this is at the top of my list and I even use it with my DAW. I primarily run my Novation Bass Station through it and it makes that keyboard sound like keyboards 2-3x more expensive.

This is the best groovebox I've owned
I've had a decent history with drum machines and grooveboxes starting with the Roland MC-303 in the 90's. A friend bought one of these after I got my Korg Electribe 2 and I actually sold the Electribe to get this. I just didn't like the workflow of the Korg. The Circuit's workflow is very visual and there's no LCD screen to mess with. It's a really accessible tool for making songs. You can put some headphones on and run it on batteries anywhere and the ongoing firmware updates keep adding great features like panning and drum microsteps. Great unit. I love it so much I got a 2nd one.

Such a wonderful analog monosynth!
This is not my first synthesizer at all. I've probably had 10 total. This is my first digitally-controlled analog synth though. I wanted a true analog monosynth with patch memory, a small keyboard and a sub oscillator. It was between this, the Korg Monologue and the DSI Mopho. The Korg doesn't have a sub osc and sounds generic and metallic to me and the DSI is hard to program and much more expensive so I went with the Bass Station. The other main selling point was the sound. It does have a very creamy fat analog sound that reminds me of vintage Rolands. The Bass Station name is a throwback to Novation's original Bass Station from the early 90's but this synth is completely different, and while it excels at bass, it also handles leads wonderfully. The built in sequencer and arpeggiator are really nice too. It also sends midi notes from the arpeggiator which is pretty amazing. Pro tip- always add FX to your analog synths. They come out sounding dry otherwise. I typically add some reverb and chorus or delay and this thing will hang with any other synth with those basic FX added.

This thing is bulky but stable
Very stable. Very bulky and heavy as heck. I've used it numerous times because I didn't want to buy a Crane stand. If I could trade it for a Crane, I would. It's a pain in the butt to pack for a gig because it's so heavy and bulky. It's kind of tricky to set up but it does lift the laptop high and is pretty adjustable which is good for a live situation. It's really way too heavy and the rubber guards on the laptop part came unglued the first day I got it. I tossed them. It's also VERY slow to adjust the length of the arms. When you're setting up for a live gig and want to use it for a different piece of gear or someone else's laptop, expect to take 10min just to reconfigure it. Not the greatest stand but mine is a few years old so maybe they've improved since then. Wouldn't buy it again.

This stand is the BOMB.
Not only does it work perfectly well for my RMX-1000, but it also come with an attachment for a laptop. I've used it many times as a laptop stand when I DJ. It's very stable. It folds completely flat so it fits in with my DJ gear very easily. Here's a bonus feature- it fits the Korg Electribe 2 PERFECTLY. The electribe is the same width as the RMX-1000. I really love this stand.

Phenominal Headphones
I've used these headphones for a couple years now- mostly for DJ gigs. They sound great at high volumes. That's especially good in a club environment where you need loud headphones. They've also held up surprisingly well for all the use they've had. Very flexible headband and comfortable on my ears. I use them when I travel as well and they're great on a plane.

Great Sub But...
I've had this sub for a couple years and it's been pretty decent. I'm only giving 3 stars because I blew the speaker not long after I purchased it. I run my PA gear pretty hard and had this one at a club gig for extra bass and it blew one night. Pretty sure I was clipping it for a while, however, I do expect the protection circuit to do something besides just flash a red light on the back of the speaker where no one can see it. Since I blew the speaker, I've replaced it with a Pyle-Pro PDW188 18'' 2000 Watt Professional 8 OHM Replacement Subwoofer. This replacement speaker dropped right in and was simple to install. Since I installed the replacement speaker, I've run this sub at the same levels continuously that caused the other to blow and haven't had a single problem. So I'd say that the original cone is a week point of this speaker but with the replacement, mine's been trouble free and it hits very hard.

Best PA Speakers I've Owned
I've had these speakers for 4 years now. They've been used at countless gigs, from outdoor events to indoor clubs and parties. I've also used them as a DJ booth monitor in a loud club, and even on a boat. These are incredibly robust, incredibly loud and clear and I haven't had a single problem with them over the years. They still sound like new after all this time. I like the 8" version of these over the 10" and 12" because they're smaller and lighter but have the same amp and internals as the larger speakers. They have a variety of connections on the back and can even accept RCA inputs. If you have an outlet, you could take one of these and plug your phone into it and have an instant party. I would like to get 2 more of these for fill at larger events but I've run events with just the 2 and a sub and been fine. Highly recommended. One of my favorite pieces of gear.
