This is simply one of the finest guitars I've ever played and heard. Very dynamic and 'at home in all markets'. The sound can be adjusted very precisely with volume and tone potentiometers; these respond very subtly / refined.
I had to get used to the shape: you like it or not at all. The head seems very big and the body is not spectacular ... until you wear it all night. It hangs very well in balance and is not too heavy; very comfortable.
Some more points for attention:
the guitar has a lot of output and it might be useful to always turn the volume down slightly (8.5-9). Also turn the tone potentiometer back a bit for a more refined sound.
The neck of my guitar is quite sensitive to the weather. has to adjust the neck slightly during the changing of the seasons.
A real strat that rivals a good vintage strat from the early 60s. Fine fingerboard, beautiful Mark Foley pickups, beautiful steel hardware and very resonant.
Not much to criticize and many a custom shop has finally played out.
For the most beefy strat and tele sound. Stand alone and also perfect in stack with eq timmy or analogman king of tone.
The combination of two great pedal: the Nobels and the Bluesbreaker. But what a super version of each. And together… super. I have had more then 300 overdrives. This one is one of mij very favorite overdrive pedals.
Probably the finest fuzzes ever heard. Cleanes up wonderfull. With every guitar of mine another Fuzz sound. Fenomenal!
