Josh had a custom snare made for him by sjc. It has a design based his favorite comic strip Calvin and Hobs. he originally contacted mike at sjc about making the snare. The snare came to life with the help of his wife. She helped by sending the sjc team some of Josh's favorite calvin and hobs strips which where added to the design. the final finshed snare was given to him as a wedding gift.
