This is an excellent pedal for intermediate players that are not gigging or recording professionally. It can still be used for such, but I am not qualified enough to say whether it will satisfy the needs of a professional player. The casing is plastic and not metal.
This is the first loop pedal I ever purchased. It took maybe 10 minutes tops to get comfortable with it with multiple dubs. I do not gig, or get the chance to play with others very often, so the ditto is the perfect companion when I am not playing with a backing track.
