This review might be a dealbreaker for you if you want a real pure octaves! for some reason the "pure" this claims to be, is not so pure. The settings are cents off from the actual notes which makes the output microtonal and detuned. But this is a perfect octaver to put detuned octave layers on your synths or electronic drums imo, which i later tried out and am using only for that purpose now. (either it really is just "unpure" octave or i bought a faulty pedal.) It has a wetness and dryness knobs which are helpful to explore and the center knob clicks on the slots which makes it beginner friendly. For me, this pedal is a experimentalist's synth detune octaver. And not suitable for rock guitars(tho i think it would fit into shoegaze). As a harsh noise/feedback/powernoise perspective, the detuneness creates a very weird detuned messy drone in here with pal 50hz electricity. That is in my opinion, the only good use for this pedal.
