Pretty good for exactly what it says

I produce more dubstep than electro house, but this is still a pretty good drum pack.

Another nice sample pack

I know the name of the sample pack says "Liquid D&B Essentials", but it still works pretty good for dubstep.

A pretty nice sample pack

I got this as part of the Prime Loops Drum Samples Tasters pack from howtomakeelectronicmusic, and it's a pretty good drum pack. It's got more organic sounding drums than I expected, and was probably intended for a more old-school dubstep style, but it works well for for me.

The center of my studio

This is where I do all of my live performing. It's a reliable little laptop, but it's not good enough for production.

Some very nice mastering effects

These effects are very useful for mixing and mastering my tracks. Not much else to say...

My preferred drum sequencer

I know most people use Kong in Reason, but I prefer Redrum for sequencing my drums and FXs.

Really adds character to synths

Your basses don't sound twisted enough? Scream 4. Leads are a bit too plain? Scream 4. This is just an all-around great distortion unit. It'd probably be pretty good for drums, too.

years ago I used it on a drum track, yes it was fun

A more much easy-to-use drum computer

Redrum may have been the first drum sequencer in Reason, but Kong is an impressive little tool as I well. I just prefer Redrum's routing and sequencing flow.

The Reason equivalent of Massive

This synth is pretty much like Massive for Reason users - you can do pretty much everything with it. Basses, leads, pads, - pretty much everything you can think it of, Thor can do it. I really have no complaints with this synth.

A really good synthesizer

This is the first synth I've really worked with that's able to do FM since Sytrus in FL (I don't do much FM in Thor). If you're an FL user like I used to be, you know that FMing a saw wave is pretty much the worst thing you can do. So, I was surprised when I FMed a saw by a square in SubTractor and it didn't sound like trash. While you can do more with Thor, I still prefer SubTractor for FM (at least until I get PX7). It's also good for sub basses and simple lead sounds.

I constantly spent my half an hour to read this blog's content all the time along with a cup of coffee.

It's alright

It's not the best mic, but it's pretty good for the price.

A pretty decent DAW

I recently switched from FL Studio to Reason, and I'm so glad I did. While I don't think FL Studio is bad, this DAW is amazing. Great synths, great workflow, and amazing effects, Overall a great DAW.

Meh...

I broke my AKG headphones, so I bought these for about $10 since I couldn't afford anything else. Naturally, they don't sound they best, but they're not horrible.

Just a good VST

Not much to say about this one. It's just a pretty good plugin for adding delay.

My main reverb VST

A great VST that comes with FL Studio. Extremely essential to my production.

lilythewolf

A pretty decent EQ

While Equilbre is still my main EQ, this is still a very good equalizer to have.

The best free piano VST out there

While not as good as the Eastwest Pianos library or the Addictive Keys, this is still an absolutely beautiful piano VST. Add just a little bit of reverb and it sounds perfect, in my honest opinion.

My main 8-bit VST

This is my go-to VST for chiptune sounds, and it works really well.

lilythewolf

A decent enough compressor

I used to use it for all my compression. Now I just use it for sidechaining, and it works well for that.

My main FM synth

I've never really worked with FM8, but I'm so use to Sytrus that I don't think I could use FM8. It's just a nice-sounding FM synth that comes with FL Studio.
