I have only just recently begun producing my own music but after thorough research, I decided to purchase these monitors for $100 on Amazon. The sound quality is amazing given the price and they do not flood the sound with bass, which is great for mixing hip-hop tracks.

When I began producing my own music and making beats, I purchased this controller used from Guitar Center for around $45-$50. I have used it to make several songs from scratch and it gets the job done. Given that it is the Mini model, however, it is limited in its abilities. But for the price, it is great and can be used to create full songs, which is really all that matters. Would highly recommend for someone just getting into producing. I just bought a new controller to upgrade from this, but I will keep this one around in case I want to make music on the go because it is so compact.

I have not had this even a week and I love it. I purchased this as an upgrade from an Alesis V-Mini. I will update this review when I have used it more.

This was given to me by a former bandmate about four years ago and I have been using it since. It has no issues and gets the job done.

This is the only DAW I have worked with so far, but it works fine. The pre-equipped instruments are not of the greatest quality and mixing on it is kind of meh, but I cannot complain too much because it is free. I am able to record and make songs with it so I am alright with it for now, but I would like to upgrade to FL Studio or ProTools when I get a little extra money.

I have had this microphone since I was 15 years old and it still works great. I bought a cheap condenser mic from Amazon to track vocals and it was not good, so I used this because I wanted to just give it a shot before buying a new, more expensive condenser mic. It actually turned out pretty well. Also great for live sound; it is the live performance standard.

Great price, but you really get what you pay for. It is cheap and sounds cheap when used to record vocals at least. I have not tried to record any instruments with it. Would not be terrible to record a demo, but when you get past that I would upgrade to a better mic.
