I remember reading or watching an interview with J where he said he was using the cheap Squier version of his sig model live a lot. Those Asian subcontractors musta got something right if he actually plays the import student model on stage when he has vintage examples and a custom shop signature model! Please post a more detailed review after spending some time with it.

Small Clone Chorus
I loved this pedal more than life itself. I was devastated when my pedalboard got knocked off of a table backstage and this was destroyed. I plan on getting another one once I have the money.

Mini Corona Chorus
I got this chorus pedal because it was cheap. I really hate it and I'm waiting to get another Small Clone because my last one got destroyed.

what do you hate about it and how does the tone differ from the small clone (which everyone has tried)

I just can't get the sound I want from it, I can't even get something similar. I don't like how it's more complicated than the small clone. Personally, I think Electro-Harmonix created the perfect chorus pedal with the Small Clone.

2011 Kurt Cobain Mustang
I own a 2011 Cobain Mustang that I used all the time before I purchased my Telecaster. It has become my Telecasters backup but I use it at least once a show just to get a different sound.

2014 MIM Fender Telecaster
I own a 2014 MIM Fender Telecaster that I use in 90% of my live shows and recordings. I refer to this guitar as my #1.
