Paul Mazurkiewicz's Gear
Pauls stick of choice for many years and used these to record "The Wretched Spawn" album
"Elliot, the owner of Dean Guitars and ddrum in Tampa, Florida wanted to hook me up and I was like 'Hey, that's cool! I need a new drum set and a company that actually wanted me to be using their product and made me feel good.' I was using 24'' kick drums for the longest time with my Tama kit. Went back down to 22'' kicks. Went to smaller toms. I started out using 10, 12, 14 way back when I started and I actually went to 12, 13, 14 for the longest time. Now I'm back to 10, 12, 14 on my toms. Kinda makes the kit a little more compact I guess. They're great drums. Sound great. I'm happy with them. Good company."
Can be seen around 0:50. Pauls sticks for the recording of "Evisceration Plague"
To quote Paul: "I got a Tama Swingstar, which is like the low-end Tama model". Taken from 2:19
Paul was using the same Tama kit from '93 to '07, switching to ddrums after. Taken from 3:32.
Paul endorses Czarcie Kopyto bass drum pedals
