Ben uses a focusrite scarlet to run audio and midi data to and from Ableton live. he states it is a simple setup, but it get the job done. Ben sends 2 lines out from the focusrite. one line is taken from the focusrite to his yamaha mg10 for ben to hear tracks and sample from ableton. another from the focusrite goes to the behringer x32 for the bands in ear mix. ben then takes a xlr out from the x32 and sends it to the yamaha mg10 in order to have his own independent in ear mix

In his YouTube video, "My Ultimate Live Drum Kit Setup 2019," Ben Minal explains how he integrates the Yamaha MG10 mixer into his setup. He routes a line from his Focusrite interface to the MG10 to monitor tracks and samples from Ableton. Additionally, he sends an XLR output from the Behringer X32 to the Yamaha MG10, allowing him to create an independent in-ear mix.
