Bo Burnham's Gear
In this photo of Bo Burnham performing live, he can be seen playing a Yamaha MOTIF XF8.
Inside (1:08:10) shows Bo using this mic.
Two producer friends of mine independently identified it as the RE20.
Bo seems to use it kind of like a room mic, to record his guitar and vocals at the same time.
In the song "Look who's inside again" from inside you can see Bo Burnham playing an M-Audio Oxygen 49 49-Key USB MIDI Keyboard Controller. The MIDI controller is also viable in other shots during Inside.
Taken from Reddit, at the link, as well as other places. This seems to be at least a common explanation. People who own the pedal verify that they have performed this song and that it is the same one Bo is using in "Can't Handle This (Kanye Rant)" from his special Make Happy.
During lots of Bo's songs you can see him playing this piano.
In this picture we can see Bo playing with the Korg Triton Pro-X.
In Inside (13:31), a Shure SM7B box is visible in bottom-right corner of the screen. (It is very dark and difficult to see in the special.)
Bo Burnham used a Parkwood S27 guitar on the special Words, Words, Words and on at least one live radio show performance.
In Bo Burnhams INSIDE Special on Netflix you can see this microphone appear in most of his songs
For example these are the songs its used in Content,Comedy,Jeffery Bezos 1,Shit and Welcome to the internet and much more!
In Inside (10:20), Bo turns the camera from the mirror to show his gear, and the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Gen) USB Audio Interface is visible in the lower-right part of the screen.
In Bo Burnhams 'Inside" the scarlett solo can be seen in the bottom right of the frame at the time 10:22.
Bo Burnham utilizes the Splice Sounds Splice library, as evidenced by the drum loop in his track "Shit," which appears to be sourced from the Disco Drums Sample by Oliver on Splice Sounds. While other uses of Splice samples by Bo are likely, this is the only confirmed instance at present.
Here is a screenshot from about 10:20 in "Inside" showing logic pro on Bo's laptop.

In the Netflix special "Bo Burnham: Inside," Bo Burnham frequently uses the Yamaha P-255 88-Key Digital Piano, as seen in the segment titled "How The World Works."
In Bo Burnham's YouTube video "That Funny Feeling" from his special "Inside," he is seen playing a Martin D-10E acoustic-electric guitar. This guitar also appears in the background during "White Woman's Instagram."
In the video for “That Funny Feeling” you can see Bo using a Martin guitar with a 000 body with black headstock and black tuners. The only guitar in Martin’s catalog that matches these specs is the 000-12E Koa.
Bo Burnham is documented using the Panasonic Lumix S1H Mirrorless Camera (Body Only) as evidenced in his YouTube video "THE INSIDE OUTTAKES - Bo Burnham (4K)". Specifically, at the 4:00 minute mark, Burnham is observed pressing the stop record button on the S1H, confirming his use of this camera model. The video, authored by Burnham himself, serves as a direct source verifying this information.
In Bo Burnham's "Inside" special, the Casio CTK-1500 keyboard is frequently visible, often propped against walls. This can be seen in various scenes throughout the special, as provided by Netflix.
