Two producer friends of mine independently identified it as the RE20.

Bo seems to use it kind of like a room mic, to record his guitar and vocals at the same time.

In the song "Look who's inside again" from inside you can see Bo Burnham playing an M-Audio Oxygen 49 49-Key USB MIDI Keyboard Controller. The MIDI controller is also viable in other shots during Inside.

Taken from Reddit, at the link, as well as other places. This seems to be at least a common explanation. People who own the pedal verify that they have performed this song and that it is the same one Bo is using in "Can't Handle This (Kanye Rant)" from his special Make Happy.
