The famous Windy promotional video starts with Brian Cole opening the song on what seems to be his Gibson EB-2D bass. Brian used that bass ever since he joined the Associations and has since used that bass until his death in 1972. His bass's whereabouts came onto the hands of his son, who restored the bass (according to an article).

In a mimed performance of Along Comes Mary on Beat-Club, Brian Cole is seen with a Fender Precision Bass. This Fender Precision seemed to be slightly road-worn, with some tear and grime on it. Along with a sticker between the pickup and the base of the neck. Brian has used precision for several live shows and TV performances. He mainly sticks with 2 basses, his Gibson EB-2D, and the Precision bass.

In this rare performance of Never My Love, Brian Cole is seen with a Fender Mustang Bass with a finish of cherry red. It is unknown whether Brian used this bass other than this performance, or whether or not he kept it until his death, but I am guessing that this Mustang is prior to his Fender Precision, in which he would use extensively in late 67.

In this mimed performance of Never My Love in 1967, a brief shot of Brian Cole (far right) is seen playing at first, a violin bass. The violin design was popularized by Hofner due to Paul McCartney using his famous Hofner 500/1, and with the rise in sales of the violin design, many offset brands have taken the initiative to create a replica, or a copy of the design and release them under their own brand for a cheap price. Univox was one company that made a particular violin design that was wider, and bigger than the original, along with that, it has quite slim but long pickup rings.

During his time with the Association, Brian only used this bass for a couple of TV mimed performances, one other performance was a medley for I believe the Smother Brothers (still need a fact check). This bass did not see the light of day beyond 1967, as Brian Cole would permanently use his Fender Precision as his main instrument.
