Dallas can be seen using the LR Baggs pickup in this video. In a post on LR Baggs' website, Dallas explains his love for the M1. "It's hard to make an acoustic guitar sound just as good in front of 10,000 people as it does when you're sitting alone in a small room. For me, the M1 makes that possible!"

Unfortunately you cannot hear the LR Baggs M1 Pickup perform in this video, but you can see it very well from every angle. I'm not 100% sure if Dallas uses the active one, but I would go as far as saying that he uses LR Baggs on every single of his acoustics. You can see it in his old Martin 00-17M in this video and also in his new custom 12-fret Martin dreadnought with the orangy honey burst finish.
