Disasterpeace's Gear
Disasterpiece tweets:
"I've been collecting curious little music toys for my next few projects. This one is quite ingenious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYLqSmOWgSE"
Later in the conversation, in regards to this plugin being user friendly he says:
"considering what it is, yes! Took a friend & I ~20 min to completely understand how it works. it's very cool"
"it creates a network of rhythms ... a circuit, if you will where each instrument can listen to the other instruments"
"Massive became my go to synth..." (1:08)
He's seen using Logic Pro X during this workshop at the Gamer's Rhapsody Video Game Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. He created the FEZ sountrack with this DAW.

On the Bandcamp page for the FAMAZE OST album it reads: "Made entirely using the Native Instruments FM8 Synthesizer."
Disasterpeace has confirmed the use of a Moog Minimoog in the creation of the track "Love" from the FEZ OST. In the track description on Bandcamp, Disasterpeace stated:
I was messing with a minimoog one day and wrote this randomly. It was probably the most complete piece of music I had ever written entirely to be performed in one go at a piano or keyboard. (also might be the shortest, haha)
This track evolved out of messing around with a new instrument I picked up at the time, called Synplant by Sonic Charge. It's got a real unusual but ingenious interface... if you're into synths I highly recommend checking it out. This song is a mockup of how the music behaves in the game. In game, this song is broken up into 27 individual assets, and plays phrases periodically, and moves through different keys depending on the time of day in FEZ.
Disasterpeace utilizes the Propellerhead Thor Reason Synthesizer, as indicated by the description of the track "Beta's Brilliancy" from the album "Rise of the Obsidian Interstellar." The description states: "This track is made using a single, crazy synth patch in Reason's THOR." This information is provided by Disasterpeace on Bandcamp.
Disasterpeace has confirmed the use of Famitracker in the creation of the "Runner2 EP." According to the description on Bandcamp, "These 5 tracks were written using Famitracker, free music creation software that lets you write authentic NES music. Each NES channel was then exported and mixed separately to give the songs a more contemporary sound." Special thanks were given to Jake Kaufman for some of his Famitracker patches.
Disasterpeace has confirmed the use of Reason Studios Reason in the creation of the "High Strangeness EP," as stated in the album's description on Bandcamp: "This music was written with Propellerhead Reason."
