Greg K.
Greg K.'s Gear
He plays/played A P-bass live, as well as recorded every album except for Ixnay & Conspiracy with one.
Used this bass live in the 90s & early 2000s, and recorded Ixnay and possibly Conspiracy of One with an ATK.
Greg used this amp (succeeding the "$10 swap meet amp" which was used in about 1983-1985) in Offspring's early days - from about 1986 to 1991 - right before switching to Gallien-Kruegers. Supposedly Greg used this amp to records first Offspring demos, I'll Be Waiting single and self-titled debut album.
At 0:18 there is a clear shot of a Dunlop Tortex .73mm Pick stuck in the pickguard. You can only see it briefly at around the start of the video because Greg is moving around the stage a bit.
According to "Another Offspring Homepage - Greg K's Profile," Greg K. uses DR Strings Hi-Beams Medium 4-String Bass Strings.
