Heccra used the Teisco Kingston Swinger, affectionately known as the "Devil Faces guitar," exclusively on the track "Brain Damage Is My Friend" from the album White Eagle. After a period of disrepair, he sold it for $350 to a fan, who now owns the guitar.

In an Instagram post shared by Chris A on May 7, 2025, Heccra is seen performing at Replay Lounge using a Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HSS Electric Guitar in Snow White. This guitar appears to be his primary instrument since February 2025, as he has been consistently seen with it in every recorded concert since then, as of October 6, 2025.
