Ken Pine at least with the Proto-Punk band The Fugs likely had a "reverse" Gibson Firebird V from the early 1960's or another early variant of the Firebird from 63-65, its also seen (barely visible) in pictures from the Filmore East from getty images meaning it likely also appeared on Golden Filth from 1970.

He also obviously had a Fuzz/Wah as heard in the latter, but its not known what that was.
