In this you tube video for Type O Negative's song 'I Don't Wanna Be Me', Kenny Hickey is clearly seen playing a Fernandes single cut guitar, being a Fernandes Monterey. If you look closer at the guitar, you can see it has a Fernandes sustainer pickup in the neck position, and a Seymour Duncan pickup in the bridge, which are features exclusive to the elite spec of the Fernandes Monterey. He also made the fret markers of this guitar green, to fit the theme of the band

At 8:24 in the YouTube video "Type O Negative - Black No. 1 (Rock am Ring 2007)" by Nil L. Raposo, a light purple Boss pedal can be seen on Kenny Hickey's pedalboard. Based on the color, taped knobs and Hickey's chorused guitar style, it is identified as the Boss DC-3 Digital Dimension.
