Luca Ferrari is confirmed to use the Ludwig Black Beauty Snare Drum 14''x6.5'' as evidenced by video footage from the performance "Animatronic ▪︎ Crossing [LIVE] Zero Crossing Studio," captured by Zero Crossing Studio on YouTube. This video, recorded and produced by Serena Oldrati, Frederick Paysden, and David Paysden, clearly shows Ferrari using this snare drum, highlighting its use in his performances from 2015 to the present.

Luca Ferrari used the Ludwig Classic Maple Slotted Coliseum Snare Drum from 2005 to 2014. This snare drum can also be seen as a backup in the 2022 documentary "X Sempre Assenti" and was used for some tracks on their latest album "Volevo Magia" released in 2022.
