A great overhead shot of Luke's pedalboard is shown at 18:30 of this "Rig Rundown". In the lower right corner sits the Peterson Stomp Classic strobe tuner. Luke says about the tuner "I am completely addicted to (it), I can’t live without."

Luke starts to talk about how he sets up and runs his pedalboard at 19:25 and starts with the Boss GE-7. "The only pedal that stays on 100% of the time is this EQ pedal - for just a little bit of mid boost at the end of your signal change."

Luke has what looks to be an older vintage model of the ZVex Super Duper pedal. At 20:22 Luke mentions that he uses this for a clean channel.

In a Premier Guitar Rig Rundown, Luke Reynolds mentions using a Snatchtronics OvaDrive, a Klon Centaur clone built by Carissa Snatcher in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, on his studio board.
