Oliver Amberg's Gear
I use this tiny amp for clean sounds. Sounds much bigger than you might think.
A great and unique fuzz. You can hear it on my of my recordings.
I own the Duesenberg D49 Outlaw (Serial 120511). A very heavy model that plays just like butter.
My Double Cat (Serial 140027) wasn't love at first sight. But now it's one of my main guitars.
My Kauer Banshee was built for me in 2018.
Oliver Amberg uses a custom Titan KR1 guitar, featuring a Firebird Mini Humbucker and a P90 pickup, as noted on his official equipment page. His guitar carries the serial number 1096.
This is one of my two Flying V guitars.
I always loved Orange Ampflifiers. The Jim Root model has a great high gain sound.
I am a big fan of Firebirds. So this one was a must have. A very affordable guitar.
A nice replica of the 58 Flying V. A real bargain that needed some adjustment to enhance the playability.
It's one of the pedals that is always on my board.
Bought this guitar 1991 in Zurich. The guitar was in my cellar for many years. Now it's back again and the sound is great.
Oliver Amberg uses the Epiphone Thunderbird IV Bass, as noted on his equipment page. He describes it as an affordable yet excellent bass, mentioning that he has made some hardware modifications to it.
Great sounding guitar. I used it often for recordings. Cuts through the mix easely.
