Pancho Molina uses the Sonor 503 Standard 5-Piece Drum Set, as seen during the epic reunion of the original four members of Los Tres. He debuted this drum set at Estudio del Sur, where the band had their first official gathering in 23 years and recorded the EP "Revuelta." The drum set was first used live during the free concert at Plaza de Armas in Concepción on October 12, 2023, and can also be seen in a photo from the band's third performance at Movistar Arena in Santiago on April 30, 2024.

Pancho Molina used the Yamaha SKRM-100 SubKick during the early large venue performances of Los Tres' "Revuelta" tour. He first debuted it at the Estadio Ester Roa in Concepción on April 6, 2024. The accompanying photo is from the band's second show at the Movistar Arena in Santiago on April 28, 2024.

Pancho Molina used the Fender Jazz Bass Olympic White for the instrumental section of the album "Fome" during performances in Concepción and Santiago in April 2024, as evidenced by a photo from the band's third show on April 30, 2024.

Pancho Molina used the Fender American Original '50s Precision Bass during Los Tres's performance at Arena Puerto Montt on June 8, 2024, for the instrumental section of the album "Fome," as seen in this photo from the soundcheck of the same show. The bass belongs to Roberto "Titae" Lindl.

Pancho uses this drum kit as the main drum with his current jazz trio made up of Rodrigo Álvarez on bass and Christian Luna on guitar. In this rehearsal, Pancho Molina can be seen playing the Gretsch G6119 Broadkaster Orange Bass for the instrumental section of the album "Fome," for the first major concerts of "La Revuelta de Los Tres".
