Sam Acchione is confirmed to use a Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb Reissue 1x12 Combo Amplifier, as he is seen using it throughout the entire YouTube video of the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, 2018. This is particularly evident at the 25:12 timestamp, as documented by thesingerforthedeaf.

Sam Acchione is seen using the Fender '68 Custom Deluxe Reverb amplifier during the Tiny Desk Concert with Alex G and the rest of the band. This is evident throughout the video, as Acchione utilizes the amplifier to play lead guitar. The performance is featured on NPR Music's YouTube channel in the video titled "Alex G: Tiny Desk Concert," directed and edited by Joshua Bryant and produced by Marissa Lorusso.

Sam Acchione is confirmed to use the Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus, as evidenced by an image showing him with the amplifier during a performance at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on August 11, 2024. He continued to use this amplifier throughout the Headlights Tour, including during the canceled Primavera Sound Concert on June 4, 2026.
