Sergio confirms via this post on Reverb that he used a Squier Bass VI. The serial number of the Bass VI (ICS16057191) confirms that it is indeed a Squier Vintage Modified Bass VI made in 05/16. Per the description in the post:

I recently got an American Professional Jazz Bass, and I just felt connected to it. I didn't feel like I was fighting it; I didn't feel like I needed to figure it out. I didn't feel like I needed to acclimate. I was just go time.

Sergio Vega owns a custom-painted matte green Fender JAB J-Craft Jaguar Bass MIJ, serial number T047385, with a white pickguard. This bass, made by Fender specifically for Vega, serves as his Drop D bass and has been used to write, record, and perform songs such as "Tempest," "Romantic Dreams," and "What Happened To You." The back of the bass is signed by Sergio Vega, as verified by the listing on Reverb.

Sergio Vega owns a Fender MIJ Jaguar Bass, which he used both in the studio and live during the Diamond Eyes campaign before switching to AXE FX. This information is confirmed by Reverb.com, which lists the bass as previously owned by Vega.
