Many producers out there are using the Moog synths, while not many of them know the Studio Electronics SE-1, a raw, dirty monophonic synth that reminds me of the basic Moog stuff, though it’s got wider oscillators that are maybe even more useful in their simplicity.

In an interview with Attack Magazine, Shlomi Aber mentions the Moog Minimoog Voyager, noting that while it is considered a high-standard synthesizer, he personally finds the SE-1 more interesting and lush. He reveals that the Voyager has been featured in several of his older tracks, including "Freakside," "Portico," "Sea Of Sand," and "After Love" with Guy Gerber.
