Synyster Gates' Gear
Since the 'City of Evil' Days, Syn has been photographed live quite a few times sporting this really cool skull guitar strap by Rebel strap company. The thing that makes this strap so cool is that it doubles as a bottle opener by hooking it on the teeth of the skull. Believed to be out of production.
In this video, Synyster Gates is shown to demo his Fractal Axe-FX III.
In the YouTube video titled "Avenged Sevenfold Presents Breakdown: 'Mad Hatter,'" Synyster Gates is shown using the Hughes & Kettner TubeMeister 40 Deluxe Head.

A staple of syn's arsenal since Self-Titled Era. It is responsible for the endless feedback and note sustain that can be heard both live, and on record. His signature models (Synyster Gates Custom-S models) come with a sustainiac built into the guitar. It can be seen in the neck position. Syn Gates has a sustainiac model for nearly all of his guitars.
at 1:37 he can be seen holding it in the beast and the harlot video he has red seymour duncan invaders but when schecter started producing the model they put his signature seymour duncan invaders.
As Synyster Gates quotes himself:
I wanted to create a once in a lifetime opportunity for the diehard fan to collect 'small batch' extremely limited and collectible guitars that will increase value over time, with aesthetics that I believe are genuinely unique and cool
I wanted to create a connection with the fan that I would've loved to have had with my guitar heroes. This is much more than a guitar as you will quickly learn once you've become a part of this exclusive family
This guitar is extremely valuable, as only 50 were ever produced. Each guitar comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Synyster Gates himself. More information here: https://syngatesstore.com/products/synyster-gates-custom-black-moon-guitar

These are very, very high gain. And so we were talking about legato and picking and I’m a picker by nature. I really suck at legato, and this kind of fools everybody, these pickups. They really really help with this kind of stuff. That and the C3. So, yeah. Kudos Seymour Duncan. These guys are rad. Rad, rad pickups.”
