Felix Rodriguez of The Sounds has been using a natural-colored Fender 1972 Telecaster Custom with a rosewood fingerboard since 2013. This is evident in the live performance at Gröna Lund, Sweden, recorded on May 17, 2013, and uploaded by Henrik F on YouTube. The guitar is strung with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings, gauges 10-46.
