In this YouTube video, you can see that Tim Mahoney is using an early version of the Mesa Boogie dual rectifier. It only has 12 knobs instead of the common 18 knobs. He is known for using all Mesa Boogie products all throughout the 90s. There are, of course, many more instances (clear ones, at that) where you can see him using the dual rectifier during live performances.
Tim Mahoney is confirmed to use the Schecter C-7 Plus, more specifically on the song "Mindspin."
In the Do You Right music video, you can see Tim's cherry red burst CE 24 that was eventually burned in their bus fire.
Tim Mahoney's main guitar is his blue PRS Standard 24, as confirmed by PRS Guitars in the article "All Access with Tim Mahoney and 311."
Tim has 2 custom 24 private stocks, one in a tortoiseshell finish and one with a natural finish.
Tim Mahoney is using the PRS Signature Private Stock in this image.
