In the YouTube video titled "Whiplash German TV 198Xs" by CHONGeYe, at 0 seconds, Tony Bono is clearly seen playing a Fender 1978 Precision Bass.

At 1:12 seconds we can see the clearest image of his st-3 bass. I am assuming that this photo was taken in either 1989 or 1990 when their album Insult to Injury just came out. I am saying this because this bass also appears in the many obscure videos from their concert in 1990 which featured a lot of songs from Insult to Injury.
