In this 1973 TOTP performance of "The Jean Genie" as part of the Spiders From Mars, Bolder can be seen using an EB-3 (clearest view is at 3:59). The performance seems to be live, so it looks like we're actually hearing Bolder playing the EB-3, as opposed to the miming that was commonplace on TOTP.

I bought this Ampeg vt-22 a year ago from a lady who had bought it from Trevor Bolder’s son. The amp comes with a hand written letter from Trevor’s son detailing it is a 1970’s US Model. Which I can say first hand it is and 100% original. Unfortunately I could not find video a video or photo of Trevor with the amp.
