if you don`t need more than 2 decks and don`t like traktor, grab a sl1

the sequencer sucks, i have to start by saying that. but it can be used... besides that, the fx are great, on board mic is included, works with batteries. great portable sampler and super fast workflow. (you can sample perfect loops and fill up a bank in about 5 minutes with a little practice)

if you`re into hiphop or some heavy drums, just grab one

does not sound like 2015 but it`s a good 4track with 2 send/returns, can be also used as a mixer.

the sampler is awesome, just don`t expect the mpc workflow. the sequencer is actually a 4track recorder and the pads are super small. also, it works with zip discs and it`s very hard/impossible to switch to hdd or cf. great for remixing, awesome customizable fx, dbeam is fun but useless in dark clubs, can be upgraded to the EX software.

always wanted a mpc but i thought it was too expensive, had a lot of other samplers and drum machines but now that i also have a 2000xl everything changed. i also like it`s made by akai, not nAKAI :D
