Fantastic sound and fantastic value!

I’ve had many drum machines over the years but I got this one used for $275. I wasn’t expecting much but I have to say I am blown away by the sound and the functionality that’s packed into this little battery powered drum machine. This is one of the devices you can bring with you when you’re camping or on the bus and plug-in headphones and get to work programming beats. It sounds fantastic annd even better, you can use USB audio to split the instrument tracks for processing in your DAW if you’re into that. The limitations are all reasonable and do not detract from how capable this unit is it punches way above it class. Highly recommended.

Amazing value and clear sound

My first multi effects pedal. I got it for $110 direct from Zoom I’m very impressed with the amount of effects they crammed into this little box. there’s some menu diving so it’s not as immediate as having a dedicated pedal, The use of plastic is a bummer but it saves money! Highly recommended

Awesome controller

No need to buy new. Got mine on facebook marketplace for $50. At this price it’s an insane value. There are a few FL Studio scripts that make it even more effective as a controller. Highly recommended.

Not sure why the cons state that Rosetta is required in an M1 Mac. I don’t think this is the case, any longer.

My first MPC and I'm a fan.

I bought this thing a few years back and took my sweet a$$ time learning how to use it. I'm glad I did because it is well worth the learning curve. The thing is a beast. There is so much functionality in this box that it will take some time to learn all of what it does.

I can see why the MPC platform has made such a mark on music. It's a powerful enabler for getting your ideas from your imagination into the world.

It's almost perfect.

This mixer is almost perfect. The form factor is incredible in terms of how much it does in such a small footprint. It's well worth the price. The only thing that is less than perfect is it's sensitivity to interference. If it's not powered correctly or if any of the gear that is patched in is powered incorrectly, then there may be some buzzing issues. These can be resolved with moving power to the right place ie. everything should be coming through one outlet if possible. This is not unique to the bluebox but it does seem to be extra sensitive about it. Other than that, the thing is a treat.
