This show has several shots of Richard Bishop's pedals (no board). A shot at 49:06 shows, somewhat implausibly, a Morley "Bad Horsie" wah pedal. I thought this would be a volume pedal, but I can not find a Morley volume pedal with red text across the top.
In the YouTube video of Sun City Girls at the Gladtree Festival on April 10, 2004, Richard Bishop's pedal setup is visible. At 49:06, a black box with ten knobs and two footswitches appears, resembling an MXR M-151 Doubleshot Distortion Pedal. While it's unusual for Bishop's typical gear, it's possible this pedal was borrowed for the performance.
In this show from 1988, one can see a small practice amp with a mic draped over it on a chair behind Richard Bishop. While the footage is grainy and deliberately "psychedelic," one can make out the "Marshall" logo, two inputs on the right side, and one jack and a single on/off switch on the right side.
This seems to be the most common Marshall solid state combo of the era. I'm hoping someone more nerdy than I can provide a better ID.
This interview with Richard Bishop includes some excellent photos. In one photo, he can be seen playing a black Les Paul.
