Great scooping low end.
I've been using the gen 8 muff for awhile, but the new op amp reisuue really hits the mark I needed in the studio. The tone knob has many layers you can create if you're into stacking fuzz guitars.

Buy one. It's $35.
Cheap, completely manual, tiny. Records up to ten minutes. At worst, you want to check the switch after gigs, as mine seems to get loose after repeated kicking.
